I just look at Lepidolite and I feel myself begin to relax on all levels… I feel the programs running in my mind, begin to soften and loose strength. I feel my body respond by releasing the patterns of muscle tension. And I feel emotional relief as I shift into a place of acceptance and stillness.
When I was young I loved to say that I had horseshoes up my behind. Looking back, I’m now able to see that what I called ‘good luck’ could simply be attributed to a more fluid state of being. No horseshoes, just a softer self that was able to relax and enjoy the world around me because I wasn’t at odds with life – I was flowing with it. As our lives unfold to us and we face challenges, patterns of expectation emerge. Parts of our being begin to brace for what may happen next. Time passes and we become more rigid in our behaviours and our thinking. We develop structures of stress, limitation and judgment as we try to protect ourselves from pain and difficulty. We become increasingly reluctant to feel and take chances… without realising, parts of us become resistant to the very process of life itself. Lepidolite is a stone that helps us remember how to surrender to life again, to relax and allow. It helps us engage life and be open to receiving the richness that is all around us.
Lepidolite teaches that surrender is not about failing or giving up. It is about trust. It is about simply relaxing what you think should happen, to allow expansion into a greater range of possibility. When we are rigid in any way, our ability to accept new ideas, people, activities and places becomes limited. Lepidolite relaxes our patterns of resistance and brings us into state of acceptance or grace. We can accept what is. We don’t have to change things and we don’t have to keep things the same. We are free to experience what life brings us and we are free to manifest beyond the perceptions of what the rigid state believes is possible. Being in a state of acceptance cues the Universe to bring us more, to activate synchronicity, and unfold greater plans. Lepidolite reduces the stress of muscular tension. It is a great aid to sleep and it greatly mitigates the effects of exposure to electromagnetic pollution. However it is the level of emotion that Lepidolite brings the greatest relief.
